We extend our gratitude to Waihi School for their visit to The Cathedral Grammar School last week, where we engaged in four sporting fixtures as part of our annual sports exchange: Netball, Hockey, Rugby, and Football.

Our annual exchange with Waihi holds a longstanding tradition that spans numerous years, and this year's demonstration of friendship and sportsmanship was truly remarkable, reminiscent of the strong bonds forged in previous encounters. It is crucial to acknowledge that the true essence of sports exchanges extends far beyond the outcome on the scoreboard. These exchanges offer remarkable advantages, placing emphasis on vital aspects such as sportsmanship, teamwork, friendships, and skill development. We look forward to visiting Waihi in 2024.
